junior bruins is to much money. This program is making a name, newer team. A program has to start somewhere? but hey start a thread and talk ****....i will get some popcorn
Nothing wrong with starting a program and giving another option to kids that maybe are tired of the bruins/ other programs or not good enough but when your a s***bag and trying to do a program makes a big difference.
Also these youth kids shouldn’t be paying for the academy kids who aren’t very good.
My kid played in a tourney with them thus past summer. 2011 year. We were added late as a fill in and the team was pretty good imo. We played some good teams and won a few games. Overall it was a decent weekend.
The Academy teams are terrible. They live at a freaking summer camp. There isn’t even a real dining hall/Kitchen. They bring in catered food twice a day. There is no oversight on the schooling( all online ). Their model isn’t sustainable whatsoever. The U15 academy team wouldn’t beat a BHL national team. The U16 academy team would struggle against a BHL national team. They have 1 legit kid who played for MFF, the rest are just kids whose parents are gullible and have money.
Word has it that the school credit card was shutoff for lack of payment when they tried to gas up the school vans on a hockey trip. Had to use one of the parents cards.
Sounds like a Ponzi scheme going on.
If you send them money for summer tournaments they will use that to get through this school year and then take next years school money to fund summer tournaments etc.

Until the house of cards collapses.
Go with a legit established program.
Whoppps guess that what happens when you give 35 out of 38 kids scholarships.
But good news they can go after all the angry players at Gens Academy and North Shore Academy players AGAIN.
To bad that location could have been something pretty good if a real hockey person ran it.
Which is great just don’t be a s***bag texting players mid season about quitting teams and promising them USHL skates when there isn’t a kid in that program that can ever play in the USHL let alone NAHL or NCDC.
Not one player that is USHL type player is playing in this joke of a program.
Owner and coaches think because your a decent U16 player you can play in the USHL and D1. A bunch of low end d3 players that are doing online school and missing out in a social life.
