Organizational leadership has no clue how to manage coaches, teams, players and parents. At the Elite level they chase only wins and MRH glory. SoiIf you are looking for any type of compassion or loyalty in your benders development... just know that one bad tie/loss and your bender will likely be brow beaten into submission.

MHR is used for the wrong reasons. If MA were smart they would use it to create more competitive games across leagues but they don't
The 2010 platinum was the dirtiest team I have ever seen a couple years ago and it came straight from the coach who encouraged it. Hopefully that guy is gone.

News flash…That team fell apart a few years ago. Used to be top team. They are in a rebuilding phase trying to fill their ranks with player from other leagues cause they couldn’t develop within the program. Still a very strong team in the grand scheme of things but no longer the best of the best.
They said dirtiest team I saw a few years ago. The 10 platinum east team didn’t exist a few years ago , so I presume it’s the west team but people are butthurt all the time , so take it for what it’s worth.

Such a tired topic. All orgs are basically the same. They care about money. Some teams in every organization suck and are dirty and some are OK. It varies and usually comes down to an individual coach. Nothing unique to the Islanders. So, let's hear specific teams and incidents, or STFU.
