Serious question, what's up with all this babble about stacked years and weak birth years? My kid plays for BJE so I've seen their 2014's at practice a lot. It's an OK team but would get absolutely smoked by our 2013's. FWIW, our 2012's group look stronger than our 2011's but maybe that's just our org.

BJE 2014 team is nothing great, I've also heard 4 of their kids are leaving.
The fact of the matter is some birth years are better than others, and then some teams within birth years end up standing out.
I've noticed the good players seem to follow each other to teams. Has it always been this way?
Why do you say this is the weakest birth year? What would make you know that? Just curious as it sounds like a ridiculous statement but maybe I’m missing something.
