infant son's father (we were never married) will not agree to parenting agreements. Demanding 50/50. Child is 9 months old and every time he comes back from visitation or overnights comes home with bruising or cuts/scratches. My attorney not really fighting for me. We cannot come to an agreement and are set to go to trial. any suggestions? located in IL
