I live in NC with our son and my ex lives in VA. He is in the navy and was out to sea. He did not specifically know the return date. He gave me a roundabout date. I called and messaged him receiving no contact from him starting on the date he gave me and several days after( about a week) I had no idea if he had returned home yet. I called, Facebook messaged, texted, and called his wife's phone as well as their house phone. No answer no return call. I did not take my son to his house is VA because I had no idea if he was home to receive our son. I now know He is home in VA and he is not returning any of my phone calls or messages to set up a visatation date. What do I do?
