Penny: You need a Lawyer. If you cannot afford one, speak with someone at your local Bar Association. My ex left some of his stuff and moved out-of-state. My Lawyer told me after two years I could dispose of his stuff if he failed to claim it. Some of it was just trash items which I disposed of. He is probably refusing to talk because he thinks he may be out some money which would go to you.
