Husband signed notary stamped letter to give me house and to still pay half of house payment til pai
After finding out my husband was cheating with a woman in another state having a text relationship. I asked my husband to leave and to divorce.
My husband wrote up a letter and had it notary stamped that he gave me the house, and would pay half the house payment til the house was paid for if I agreed to go to counseling with him and try to work on our marriage. Needless to say. After we reconciled he soon was back to his chat rooms and porn.
My question is will his notary stamped letter hold up in court? In it he gives me the house. Does not ask for anything in return. Will a judge make me sell it and give him half?

Contact an attorney about this large asset. In Maryland, reconciliation or a encounter would make an agreed settlement outside of the court null.
