My case is absolutely CRAZY
After my divorce I am the primary guardian with a part time job and I pay my ex husband child support
Final judgment decided me stay at the marital home ( without harmless me with taxes, insurance, mortgage) until in 90 days my ex give to me the other property .
90 days passing and I never get the other property because he rented so I stayed at the marital home until my ex appealed the case because was wrong ( we had a prenup).
After one year appealed court decided None of the properties are for me so I moved out after ex send me the police, realtors and took me to court for a eject)etc
Now he sue me for rent $$$ for all the time I stayed at the marital home waiting for the appealing court answer and waiting for him to give the other property

Can he win the case?
