Okay, ive been devorced for just about 8 years now and my exhusbands wife now wants her name on the custody and visitation papers. As of right now their father is active duty in the navy. I have always done everything for my boys. He allowed my ex to have shared custody ao the boys 9 and 11 to get to know him. My mistake. They are always haressing me about my life and not making enough money and how they shouldn't have to pay childsupport. But he has said that hes new marriage depends on her name on legal paperwork. My boys do not like going over there because they are always arguing and saying nasty things about me. What can i do about this?
