Kentucky Law!! I was incarcerated from 13-15 for DUI accident. During which the father was negligent and grandparents took him to court for emergency custody. My son is now 6 and it’s the end of 2018. Since I’ve been out we have established an amazing bond. He stays with me about 2-3 nights out of the week. I ended up finding out about the legal proceedings that took place in 2014 granting grandparents de facto sole custody. I was never even listed on the distribution list. How do I get these orders vacated and get sole custody being it’s been 4 years? This is completely in violation of constitutional rights
