My husband was volital and a drunk during our marriage. He attacked me while holding my 2week old granddaughter, he shot six shots over my head in a tree while drunk and tried on several occasions to force me to fist fight with him. The police were called a couple of times to our house for his drunk behavior. After his last escapade I left the house and went to a friend's as I had done before. He knew where I was and we talked on the phone. He had no memory of what he did but I wasn't comfortable going home. I had a truck he let the bank pick up. It's been 9 years but I feel he owes me a vehicle. Any help or advice you can give
