My soon ex placed a protective order on me because He had many text messages and voice recordings that I said to our son during my pregnant. I signed a consent agreement for the protective order for a year and I can have email communication with him about our son and house. The communication is positive. Since December I visit my son under supervised visitation. I have been in counseling for three months now. Our divorce hearing will be next month. Can I get custody and remove the supervised visitation? Any suggestion?
