I left the family home because my soon to be ex abused me physically, emotionally, sexually, and financially. He is using our family home as a flop house for drug house. One of the women staying there is 30 years younger than him, and recently got out of prison. It is like he has finally shown his true colors. My question is can he be doing this in a home that will be part of the divorce settlement?
