My ex husband and I have joint legal and physical custody. He just informed me that he plans to take the kids out of school to go on a ski trip in February. Our JOD says all decisions regarding education, medical and religion must be made together. Does he have a legal right to decide on his own to allow the kids to miss 4 days of school without my consent?
