My Ex and have been divorced almost 6 years! 2 children from that marriage, my question is in our divorce decree it stated my ex is not to consume alcohol eight hours prior to visit or any time during visit! He continues to break this agreement and consume alcohol in front of my son! My daughter has not seen him since the split because of his alcoholism and the fact that he refused to do any type of counseling! My son who is 14 now doesn’t always want to go to his dads! His dad is never with him much and leaves him with his new wife!!! He hardly pays child support let alone buy anything for my son!’ I’m at my wits end what are my options
