Working. My ex is saying he wants joint custody. My ex work schedule is crazy. He leaves his house around 430-5 AM and gets home the earliest 5 PM and the latest 8 PM. My concern is that he will say he wants the baby during whatever week days and give the baby to his mother while he is working instead of my son being with his mother at day care . Is that possible ?
