My husband and his mother have a joint bank since before we got married but since we got married he has put all of our wedding money into this account and have no acces to it. If we divorce am I entitled to any of it and if he spends it all am I entitled to recoup any of it? We have only been married 5 months but now there is a trust issue going on.

Everything that has been bought, earned, saved, or sold during your marriage is community property. That's of course you live in a community property state.
