I am splitting from my husband. I am a nurse i make 100 thousand a year and he makes about 40 thousand. I was told id have to pay him 1800 to 2000 dollars a month for both spousal and child support. I tried asking him to agree to a lower amount but he wants to go after it all. I dont want to pay him that much. If i were to see a judge would i have a chance at lowering it? Or would it be inevitable? We have been married 11 years im in california
