I have filed for divorce on fault grounds about a year ago. My ex and I have agreed to file under uncontested to get it out of the way. Can I file a motion to the current filing or do I need to refile altogether? I am representing myself due to not having the financial means since I am supporting my children with no help from him. We have a separate custody and child support case already resolved.
