Told husbsnd to leave back in December. He was hospitalized , then stayed away lived elsewhere but ran out of places to stay. Showed up at house saying he has the legal right to be here. I had been to attorney but have not filed anything as yet because I was trying to maintain status quo aND to keep him covered under my insurance and just waiting to see how things went. Due to his mental health issues including attempted overdose not sure he was ready to have any conversations regarding separation. Now he is in my house and though he is not causing a problem I do not want him here ...of course this always happens on holiday weekends...I know I have to wait to talk to atty, and I am not raging at him, I am very cautious, but figure it will get difficult very quickly. I did tell him I don't want him here and want him to leave but his push back is that he has a legal right..any suggestions ?
