Hi Danielle, if it’s uncontested you certainly can divorce without an attorney. Whichever State you are in you can print online at county clerk website or go downtown to get packet. Sounds like you also need to get an order protection on him as well if there is abuse involved. They will serve him at his POE you will just have to pay a little extra. Hope this helps.
