When my daughter was first born 12 years ago I served her mom with custody papers. Stating we both have half and half. But she hasnt been around for 8 or 9 years. Are the custody papers now void because of neglect?
You will need to have your lawyer follow up with the court on this. The custody would need to be changed to sole custody.
