What happens to me, my fiancé died and his ex feels entitled to everything.
I have been with my fiancé for years now after he filed for a divorce from his ex.. I met him after he had already filed and the divorce was not finalized that we know of, it has been a very horrible process and was too much stress for him, which his body could not bear. Does she get everything me and him did together this entire time? There is kids, not mine we didn't have kids together, involved and I fear if she does she will start selling everything and their kids won't see any of that money that is rightfully theirs for when they go to college.
