So.. I just have a lot of emotions and just don’t know what I should do next. I’m not working.. I have 2 kids. I was in the process of starting a nursing business, not up and running. Do I go back to school? Do I just get a full-time job? I’m so lost.

I guess it depends on your financial situation currently. An income and having a roof over your head and food on the table are your first priorities, plus of course, surrounding yourself and your children with positive supports; including perhaps a therapist who can help you untangle the emotions you may all be going through in your individual ways.

Have you sought legal advice? You don’t say what’s happened. Are you already divorced and are looking to start afresh, or are you just starting out the divorce pathway?
