I too had this problem with my husband. We went to counseling for years and the problems got worse. Finally I filed for divorce. It took 1.5 years to be over but I am in a much better place. I still have moments of sadness but they don’t compare to the amount of happiness I have. I didn’t think I could do it but I am doing it every day.
