I’m new here. My husband left almost 3 weeks ago. The worst part of it (besides the fact he left me to pursue a relationship with his affair partner of 2.5 years) is that he is now so nice to me. It rips my heart out every time we have to get together for the kids. I’ve even told him I would have given anything for this kind of kindness the last few years.

I want a lot of space from him, but with the kids, you have to be an adult. It is so hard.
