Can you try to work on improving your relationship? No one is perfect. No marriage is perfect. If you’re truly unhappy, you may need to end the marriage, but why not try to at least figure out what elements of his behaviours etc annoy or frustrate you, and see if he’s willing to work on those. You might not be his ideal partner also. Is he happy with you, or is he also having doubts?
