Relocation with baby- will the court transfer custody to the father
I am not a US citizen and my visa expires in a couple months so that I have to leave the country.
The father and I separated when I was 3 months pregnant (never married and never lived together) and the baby (almost 2 yrs now) has been living only with me and I have sole custody. I was about to move back to my home country and he filed an emergency order. I am also still breastfeeding. He had visitation and paid child support for a year, but not now and not from the beginning. Will the court tranfer custody to him and force me to leave my son with him while I have to leave the country?
