my ex and i have a standard visit order 1,3,5 weekends.
However when it comes to holidays and breaks he thinks he can do whatever he wants and it always ruins our time off.

he did not pick her up friday for his spring break week.. but now wants to get her this weekend e because it’s the 3rd weekend of the month. does he still get her the 3rd weekend of the month even though he should already have her?
or does he forfeit the whole week of spring break for not showing.

we are trying to go out of town with my step kids and he has now ruined everything

I'm currently going through my divorce but what they told me was that the holiday schedule take priority. If you can talk to him and explain your plans hopefully he will accept and in another week things can go back to normal.
