I moved out four years ago. He lives in the home that we both own as we purchased when we were married. He has paid the Mortgage there and I pay my rent at my apartment. He has rented the basement. Am I entitled to any of the income he has gained through renting? He is trying to buy me out, can he buy me out at the value of the house when I moved out or does he have to buy me out at the current value?
