I don't think so. I asked for a divorce because even though tbh I'm still in love with him because he took me for granted and cheated on me multiple times. He says he still loves me and I believe him but he didn't love me in the way I need. Honestly I think when there is still love there it just makes it harder but in the end it's for the best that it ended. I never felt valued or wanted and I don't want a life like that for myself. I loved him but I wasn't happy for a long time.
