Thursday: fished Winona in the tin can caught a nice 18 inch brookie, a small bow about 15-16inches and a white perch. Bow and Brookie were on the leadcore 3-4 colors down. Caught on guide special with a red head and black dots. Perch was caught dragging a maynards marvel on the surface. Not a bad evening trip.

Friday: Fished Winni for the evening bite. got 3 nice salmon ranging from 18-22 inches on a orange/copper top gun and a watermelon pattern top gun. The largest fish was a personal best salmon for me. I will try to figure how to post a picture.

Saturday: Fished the morning at merrymeeting lake, 1st time. Caught a small laker 15-16 inches, a 1st year salmon and a nice 18 inch salmon pulling the lines in at the end of the day. Fished 6-7 colors most of the day, caught the last salmon at 4 colors heading back to launch. Again the watermelon pattern was hot and a TG black/silver caught the salmon. Ended up leaving by about 9 the wind really started to rip.
Saturday Night: Fished Winni in the wind, ended up with a laker, 4 small salmon and one smally. It was more work than fishing with the wind but still fun.

Seems the fish are starting to fill in, places where we caught fish the fish finder was lighting up after wards in the 30-40 foot range. Action is getting a bit more consistent for us, wont be out again till friday.
