Had my 4th day off this week with 3 more to follow.
Went solo in the canoe on Otter Brook Dam in Roxbury.
Caught 2 Yellow perch (12 & 13") fished a night crawler on the bottom in 11' of water. Used some Ted Nugent ethics and kept them to eat!
Last trip on the water, I had a first in 50 plus years of boating. I got the back hook of a tandem fly in my finger past the barb. My partner removed it with a yank, no tears, no stiches, very little blood. When I got home I cosumed some 100 proof anaseptic, applied very little to the boo-boo. All is well & life is GOOD.
