Conservationist Advisory -explicit salmon slaughter-

No big story about this weekend it was the typical Maine SLAUGHTER those of you who don't like to see 5 guys with limits of salmon should skip this one!

I only go to Northern Maine 1 time a year to meet up with old friends and volunteer myself and equipment to the region g fisheries biology dapartment for some fishing and studying of the fish. we kill limits of fish for a couple days and eat so many salmon we get sick but it is a hell of a good time. We also use the salmon we keep for stomach analysis and parasite analysis and whatever else they analyze.

Day 1 Eagle Lake 37 salmon 1 brookie and 3 Togue
Big fish were 5 lb togue and 19 in salmon.

Day 2 Long Lake 26 Salmon and 3 brookies
Big fish were 6lb 5 oz salmon 4 lb 1 oz salmon and 3lb 6 oz salmon

Day 3 Long Lake 29 salmon 1 brookie
Big fish were salmon 4.5 4.3 4.1 3.9 and about 6 more from 3.1 - 3.9

This is Chad with his 6 Lb. 5 Oz 25.5 in Bruiser! It was Derek's turn (the bioiogist) but chad elbowed him in the head and dropkicked him when the rod snapped off the planer board and started dumping line like a big ol' diesel!

Here is Derek scot nelson and chad from day 2 with some beauties. this lake has a salmon slot limit of only 1 fish over 16 inches per day that is why we have those little guys in there, but they sure taste good.

Thes are the two funniest frenchmen i know and they have Dave beat in a landslide but Nelson is holding a nice 4.1 lber and his son scott is resetting the rod.

This is the last day it is Chad lucien roger and glen
The salmon chad is holding was 20.5 inches and weighed 4 lbs 5 ozs!!! it would make a football blush! Lucien is holding his 4.3 pounder and roger has his 4.1 and my 3.5 and glen has a 3.9. we were throwig 3 and 4 pounders back while trying to catch some brookies it was a blast! like the day before the lake has a 1 fish over 16 in. rule.

Didn't expect anything different from the "Master", Great Job as usual Adrien and Awesome Pic's as usual, I think you missed your calling like Sampson said, You should be a wildlife photographer, Story Writer (You always friggin crack me up laughing whenever i read your posts) and a fisheirmen guide LOL cause you always seem to be on the fish. Did ya read the lower posts? My buddy Rob's boat finally brought in a HOG of a laker (Not as big as yours but still big for us LOL) and i did a "Masterful" job of netting once again, after yelling at him for 5 minutes telling him LEAVE THE DRAG ALONE LET HIM RUN ALL HE WANTS LOL See at least i learned a valuable lesson from my "Donkey Session" LOL Take Care God Bless and Tight Lines LOL Donkey Dave from up North "The Backwards Frenchman"

Re: Re: Re: Conservationist Advisory -explicit salmon slaughter-

wow what a lot of posts in a couple days this board is rocking it took me an hour to read what i missed!
yeah dave, i read it and that is awesome that you guys caught that one, i forget how big sampson's big squam laker was but was yours bigger or his? oh yeah, you are still a donkey, until you catch a 5 pound salmon you are a donkey, sorry.
I appreciate the compliments but i am just really lucky, that's all. I am not interested in photographing wildlife either, but if you change it to a wilddead photographer i might think about it!

see you later "LOL Donkey dave from up north the backwards frenchman who is pretty good with a net but can't catch a big one!"
