Just for the record I wanted to explain my user name and Handle: First off I do not hold a captians licence or run charters. In 1992 a close friend of mine [Mike]and fishing partner always joked on my boat that he was aboard charlies charters and loved my service. In 1994 we both decided to purchase new boats so I bought a 20'great lakes special which I still run today. Mike bought his dream boat a 19' Grady white tournament dual concole. In 1996 Mike passed away at the early age of 34 to colon cancer. In memory of a very good salmon fisherman and striper fisherman and close friend I kept this name. When ever I read it or someone calls me on the radio my friend mike lives on. [HE LOVED WINNI] Mabie some day I will charter I love to put people on fish if I can....Thanks
Thanks for the very nice explantion of your handle, I did wonder if you did charters, etc. now I know the whole story, a sad one at that. I'm sure many good memories of fishin with Mike bring a smile to your face when on the Lake.

Thanks guys I thought it was needed a little due to the fact that I was being asked if I run charters by different people in the forum. Plus the name does put a thought in mind that I do run charters. so anyhow I continue with...... charlies charters winni division,charlies charters atlantic ocean division, and charlies charters ontario division. soon to come I hope...the charlies charters LCI Divison.
