I have not trolled flys at all but after this weekend
and hearing all the talk about there success I figured I will have to check it out. What amazes me is how many people just drag the flys along on lead and catch fish without any added action. Hey if it works then why not. I will be trying this next year. I came across a link online and thought I would share it abd ask peoples opinions since trolling flys is very new to me.

Hey Wayne... you know how we dragged flies the other day and had no luck??? Did the same thing today with the same flies and nailed them! No fancy stuff, just a fly tied to a 75' leader off leadcore. Many lakers and a few salmon came that way. Guess the fish just weren't into the flies where we were Friday.
