When will the salmon be back up top? I troll with a full sinking line and did well in the spring.

i dont fish over near winni, but when the new smelt start to show near the surface there will be some on top, look for the birds. seen 2 salmon feeding saterday on the surface on sebago, really causing some wakes, just as the sun was coming up. next month should see more.
