Fished this morning with salmoneer. Action was not as fast for us as it was last week. Frist fish came at about 6:45 a nice fat 18" salmon that hit a NH guide topgun on 6 colors of lead, than nothing until almost 8 oclock and they started hitting we ended up with 7 salmon and two trout only one of which was a rat the rest were all between 17 and 23". One salmon was 4.5 lbs and one laker was over 5lbs which we got back to back in a space of about 10 minutes. We had to quit at 10:15 as somebody had to go to work : (. Best lures this morning were the nh guide and redhead/copper smelt gun. Also perch fly on 6 colors of lead and a red and white streamer caught fish. 35 to 40 down on the riggers was the most productive depth for us
Hey Luna C glad to hear you made out ok, Im the guy that was talking to you and salmoneer 2 sundays ago we were trolling near welches and sandy island in the evening. It was good to talk to you guys out there. I was on vacation that week and posted a report on the board.
