We ended up with 8 for 12 as the water temp was real messed up took quite some time to find 50 degree water in 40 to 60 Ft after that the show was on. Other areas the temp was 42 degrees at 20' down to 80 and 100 Ft where temp rised to 44.5. still to cold!!
The wind monday beat the hell out of us from the south west 4 to 5 Ft waves pushed us around most of the day. This is where all the cold water came from as we were told at the dock monday night. tuesday the fish were everywhere and feeding well. We managed 6 salmon and 2-donkeys as adrien would put it. I did 1 and my buddie don did the other one. My donkey move was when the rod popped behind my back and within 1 second was bent back towards the water and I had a hell of a time getting it out of the holder!!! By the time I did drag was peeling like I have never seen before out on ontario but it was gonzo before it even stopped. This fish was on his way back to canada!!

Enjoy the pics we had decent weather and managed some great healthy kings. All salmon were caught and released even though they will die very shortly. This year was very weird to deal with as far as water temps fish were not as big as years past but we enjoyed fishing lake ontario agian!!

This is called THE CUT Its a cut off so you do not have to go around a couple of islands to get to the fishing grounds. This is a shallow and tricky spot to get thru if the wind blows hard from the south west Many props have benn left here I am told. Mine is stll attached!!
