Well no I talked to Jean N. a local guy on Friday and with the full moon that we had fishing shut down so with only one chance to go to Squam this year I post poned it till this coming Sat.I think it was a wise move as I heard it was pretty slow on Squam.So wish me luck.

good luck, i guess forrey went last saturday on squam for about 6-7 hrs and could only muster up 3 small bass. almost done framing my friends house, then i am back on the water. can't wait, hope to stop in soon and get some flies.
Ilucas I have a special fly for you.If I'm not there ask Alan to get it out of my stash for you.I'll bag it with your name on it.I've been doing well with it last week on Winni went out 2 mornings and one evening.
I too fished Squam last Saturday. First light til noon. All that we could muster was several small bass and a 3 pound pickeral caught at 40 feet. I think I threw every lure in my box at them and after I went to AJ's and bought some new lures.
