Buddy Robert had to go to a wedding yesterday and didn't get back till late so we decided to go try a small pond just about an hour from the house (That we heard there's salmon in but i have yet to see one LOL) Name of the pond is called Bryant Pond (or Christopher Lake) We ended up catching 4 brookies smallest around 10" and the largest right at 14" Kept the 14" and one around 12" both were spitting up YoY smelt when brought onto the boat, when we got home and i cleaned the two fish, one had 6 YoY smelt in him and the other had 4 YoY smelt in him Boy for small fish were they ever Feisty, You would have thought you had a 3lb Salmon on the line LOL, Still havent caught any Salmon in this pond, but it was a great last trip with my best friend Robert and my little girl Amber.
