Fished yesterday evening and today with Salmoneer and my son Dan. We started out right about the time the cold front went though yesterday afternoon so an lot of wind and rain for a while than just wind. We ended up catching one salmon off chase piont and that was it but it was realy tuff fishing with the wind.
This moring had one salmon on tha red and white fly but it parted the leader and we lost it not sure how big but it wasn't a rat than we caught a laker around 8 on a silver and gold sutton spoon at 75 ft. Other than a few releases that was it for day. We fished until about 2 pm. Fishing was a bit slow for us today but it certainly was a beautiful day on the lake and good way to end what has been a great season.
Just want to say one more time how much we have enjoy this site and message board and chatting with all of you on the radio this season. It has added a whole other level of enjoyment to our fishing and with the information that we all have shared we've had one of our best season ever. thank you all again Can't wait until next spring
