guys, any thoughts on venting the hull over the winter while the boat is wrapped or tarped. put the frame and tarp over the boat today and left the anchor storage. cuddy windows, and access hatches to under the deck open. is this a good idea for venting. i heard that putting fabric softener cloths (ie Bounce Towelets) near drains and openings in the floor and cabin will keep the mice and squirrels away. ? for you hunters, have the squirrels already made their winter homes, hope so then i will not have to worry about them taking up residence in the boat. any thoughts? thanks in advance
I heard moth balls and fabric softener cloths work. I'm putting lots of both in my boat. After it get back from the boat yard. Being rewired because of mice and or squirrels eating though my wires! So I would think they already have found nests. for this winter.
