When I bought a used Honda 8hp for a kicker, I was able to download the Owner's Manual from www.honda-marine.com. If you want a "hard copy" mailed to you, you will have to order it, but you can download a .pdf file for any Honda Owner's Manual. Here is the link to the BF-90 page, you will need your serial number to get the right Manual. Hope this helps.
