I was over in Alton this week and really nothing to talk about from what I saw. The only thing I did see was a piece of ice floating near the alton bridge that was mabie 400 square Feet and might hold a house fly safely.

Also nothing on Squam Lake as yet. After last night, a little skim on the edge of coves.

Drove from Center Harbor to Wolfeboro yest afternoon. Maybe enough tiny cubes washed up on shore to ice down a highball or two....if they were small. Otherwise, nada in the ice department.....Heres to hoping for some cold nights!!!
