Does anybody know how much ice there is around Moose Island? Wanted to give it a try this weekend. Thanks for any info.

we made it to the mouth of roberts cove on sunday and their was 6 to 7 inches of good black ice " reel it in "

Where do you park in Roberts Cove?

either on the ice in the cove or on the street "reel it in" is this the same mark that went out on my boat in sept .

marc how's things going ? are you thinking about going out of roberts cove derby weekend ? I will be out their on saturday of the derby and maybe sunday. I was wondering what was the name of that fly you used on my boat that day . hope to see you out their . "reel it in"

I would like to be out there somewhere, but just not sure of the ice??? I would really like to get to moose island area but it is a long ride by sled in the dark with the sketchy ice???
