This will be a fun event with some really great sponsors providing goodies. You guys fishing the Winni Derby all have the gear that you need to do this derby. Downriggers and leadcore, spoons and stickbaits are all you need. Lodging is really cheap out there. Usually around $25. per person a nite. Mexico point state launch is easy to use and has great facilities if needed. There will be a BBQ that specializes in chicken that will be open during the weigh in.

I am no way afiliated with this event. I will be participating in it, thats all. I thought some of you might want to go out and fish for some cash $$$$. I will be willing to share info as needed not that there are any great secrects. Read the various Lake O websites and you can get a great picture of where and how to do it.
