Had about 5 knockoff's early with zero fish boated. Then it died. Marked a ton of fish but they didn't want anything we were dragging. Finally got a white perch and lost another as I cranked up to 3mph, lol. Then one smallie that never released due to the Chamberlain spinning around and the line wrapped the cable when the ball got dropped. No salmon, no lakers. Fished smallies for a while but it felt like we were in a washing machine with the boat wakes. Guess I need a break from the lake after three not so good trips. Wish I could get some wind when I get up there. Last two Saturdays have been too calm. Or maybe they are just filling up on the rainy days??
