The salmon are starting to run the salmon river and surrounding tribs , a few big browns and steelhead mixed in . Things will only get better over the next month.
We wound up owning a fish camp just a few miles from the river and mexico launch . Due to work obligations i wont spend much time on the river during peak season . Anyone thinking of heading up and looking for lodging give me a shout , sleeps five with room for more , all the comforts of home .

Congrats on the cabin purchase! I've alway thought of buying something out there. I love fishing that river. This will be my 3rd year now. It's World class fishing 5hrs away! How far a drive from the river?

I fish there several times during the year, both the big lake and the Salmon river. Please send me some info on the camp. Rates, etc. Is it on the L. Salmon river? I have several friends with boats on the L. salmon and I fish with them often. Love it up there.
