I've been trolling with this motor for five years without this problem. I notist there was the same material on my neighbor's boat near the gas cap, and he doesn't troll with that boat???

I will try and get some of that material to clean the boat. I was able to clean the outside of the motor.

I wonder if it might be an octane thing I use 89 from Molble...just thinking out loud.BARRY
